The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal, near Amherst and quiet on Riverdale Road. Many restaurants, gas stations, stores, and the Holyoke Mall nearby. The Big E was just a pleasant stroll away.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending the Big E fairgrounds, which was just down the hallway next to the fitness center. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, so we never had to worry about finding a place to eat. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also in good condition. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were satisfactory, and we enjoyed sitting in the dining area. a convenient and pleasant experience.

The only downside was that the pool was located near the street, so there was some noise from passing traffic, which could disrupt the otherwise relaxing scene.
